With more than 30 years of experience as a successful attorney and as a Realtor for more than a decade, I have the skills and knowledge to negotiate and close great deals for my clients. My legal experience includes four years as a prosecutor of felony cases in a four county district, and I handled approximately 40 jury trials. I enjoyed a thriving private practice afterwards, and successfully litigated a wide variety of civil cases, including all aspects of domestic relations, workers compensation, personal injury, contract, insurance, business and real estate matters.
I enjoy real estate because I prioritize my clients' needs and represent them with the same zeal as I did as an attorney for my law clients. I now work with Coldwell Banker Coastal Realty. I've created a strong real estate practice successfully handling sale transactions of coastal condos and homes for clients that purchase or sell as second homes, investments, rentals and tax-deferred exchanges. I enjoy working with out-of-town buyers who want to use passive rental income to pay for their dream beach property. I use my local market knowledge and study of economic trends to advise my clients on the best opportunities and strategies. I have a strong background in finance, marketing, investment, economics, and law, which gives me an edge in understanding and addressing the unique intricacies of the purchase and sale of beach properties.
